Pay Scale and Other Allowances : Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/- Per Month.
Standards of Physical Measurements :
Description : General, SC ST & OBC category candidate.
Height : 160 Cms.
Chest : 77 cms (Un-expanded), 82 cms (Expanded).
Weight : Proportionate to height and age as per medical standard.
Medical Standard : The minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of two eyes without correction i.e. without wearing of glasses.
Candidates must not have knock-knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and they should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties. They
should conform to the medical standards prescribed by the Force and should be declared fit by the Medical Officers of SSB.
