Post Name : Block Project Manager
Educational Qualification : Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma from a recognized University/in stitute in Rural Developmen t / Rural Technology / Management / Business Administrati on / Social Work/ Sociology /Agriculture and allied / Development studies.
Experience : Candidate should have worked in development project preferably for poverty reduction or livelihoods promotion in government/ Nongovernment organization for at least 2 years. Person should have worked for social mobilisation of poor and developing their institutions/federation. Acknowledged capacity in SHG Bank linkages will be given preference. Acknowledged capacity in SHG Bank linkages will be given preference

Experience : 7 years’ multistate relevant experience with poverty reduction Programmes/project being run by the government/large NGOs/reputed corporate entity or donor agencies.
